Veteran actress TP Radhamani who was predominantly active in Malayalam cinema passed away in Chennai on Sunday. The 67-year old actor was under treatment for cancer.
Radhamani who was active in Malayalam and Tamil films, begun her career in showbiz at the age of 14. With about 100 films to her credit, the actor is better known for her role in 'Utharayanam'. Mohanlal starrer 1997 movie, 'Oru Yathramozhi' was her last Malayalam movie.
Radhamani has worked with A-listers of M-Town like Prem Nazir, Sathyan, Madhu, Jayan, Mammootty and also with Tamil actors including Kamal Haasan, Prabhu, Vijay Sethupathi among others. She has also shared the screen with Shah Rukh Khan in 'Chennai Express'.
Radhamani is survived by her husband and their son Abhinay.

Malayalam actor and a great theatre personality, took his last breath today at his residence in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. Reportedly, the 67 year old actor was unwell for a couple of years and succumbed to age-related illness. It’s even said that he was under treatment for Alzheimer's disease.
Actor and theatre personality Sasi Kalinga passed away at a private hospital in Kozhikode on Tuesday morning. He was 59.
