Vidya Balan bagged best actress award, Girish Kulkarni best actor

59th National Filmfare Awards was declared in Delhi. Byari directed by  Malayalee Director K.V.Suveeran and Marathi film Dully won the best Film Awards. Vidya Balan bagged the best actress award for the picture ' Dirty Picture '. Gireesh Kulkarni bagged the best actor award for the film Dully.

Byari is a Kasargod script. This is the first film made in this language. Actress Mallika won the special jury award. Indian Rupee also bagged the best film award. Sheri's Aadi Madhyantham also won the Special Jury Appreciation.

Best Singer - Rupa Ganguly, Anand Butt, Music Composer- Amitabh Bhattacharya, Best new film - Silent Point.
