Noted Malayalam-Tamil cine artiste Vijayan passes away

Malayalam-Tamil cine artiste Vijayan passed away at a private hospital following cardiac arrest. He was 63. Vijayan, a native of Tirur in Malappuram has acted in many Malayalam and Tamil films. He has scripted for almost fifteen films.

He entered the Tamil film industry via Oru Thalai Ragam. Vijayan has acted in almost two hundred films and has acted as a hero in twenty seven films in a year. He became a known figure after the hit of Kizhakkeppokum Rail. He had received the Tamil Nadu government's award for his brilliant performance in 7 G Rainbow Colony.
