Menaka Suresh is an Indian actress, who was active in Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi and Kannada films. She was there in the industry from 1980 to 1986 and enacted in more than 100 films. In 2011, she made a comeback to the industry. Menaka's chemistry with actor Shankar was well acclaimed. Together they did many movies. Menaka is married to producer Suresh Kumar and they have two daughters - Revathi and Keerthi.
National Award-winning actor Nedumudi Venu died at the age of 73 at a private hospital in Thiruvananthapuram on Monday. He had been in a critical condition for some time due to liver-related ailments.
